In celebration of Filipino American History Month, The Alvarado Project is holding an opening reception to honor the 20th Anniversary of “Through My Father’s Eyes – The Filipino American Photographs of Ricardo Ocreto Alvarado (1914 -1976)” on Friday, October 14, 2022, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the West Sacramento Community located at 1075 West Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento, California.
